She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Moody and Daisy Moody (Beck). She is survived by: her husband Eleck Collins; her children, Billy W. Collins of Fortville, Randal A. Collins (Cyndi) of Indianapolis and Janetta J. Sandlin (Bill) of Owasso, OK; her grandchildren, Shelby N. Collins (John Hussung), Amanda Sandlin, David E. Sandlin, Carissa J. Sandlin and Nolan Cardenas; and her siblings, Harold W. Moody, Dale Moody and Violet Timms. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
