Marilyn Delk Obituary
We announce the death of Marilyn Delk of Fountain City, Indiana, who passed away on September 30, 2026, at the age of 78. Marilyn will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Noble M. Sheppard and Phyllis A. Delucio Sheppard; and her brother Michael Sheppard. She is survived by: her husband Tom Delk; her children, Shari Hinshaw (Dave) and Jeff Delk (Amanda Shinn); her grandchildren, Travis Delk (Delaney DeMuyt), Serena Hinshaw and Wyatt Shinn; her great grandchildren, Laine Delk, Noble Delk and Jace Delk; her aunt Lorene Sue Stallings (George); her uncle Bob Delucio; her cousin Susie Glover; and her friend Diana Cowen. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Smith-McQuiston & Webster Funeral Home (321 US Hwy 27, Fountain City, IN 47341).
