He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond A. Frame and Mary Alice Keys Frame; his wife Carol Tweedy Frame; and his brother Norman Frame. He is survived by: his sons, Rick Frame (Lisa) and Jared Kopp (Beth); his grandchildren, Derek Frame, Dylan Frame, Megan Sloan, Jessica Newton and Emma Kopp; his great grandchildren, Breanna and Maryn; his siblings, Kenny Frame, Charlene Frame (Charlie) and Marlene "Bubbles" Frame; his friend Lynnia Potts (Greg); and also, Westin and Colton. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Smith-McQuiston & Webster Funeral Home (321 US Hwy 27, Fountain City, IN 47341). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
