He was predeceased by: his parents, Boyd Clark and Ceinwen Phelps Clark; and his grandparents, Carl, Mary Phelps, Filbert and Lois Clark.
He is survived by: his sister Jaynee; his brother-in-law Steve Strycker; and his nephew A. J. Strycker. He is also survived by aunts, an uncle, and cousins.
