He was predeceased by: his parents, Lowell Wagner and Ethel Wagner (Shaner); his daughter Christine Kaye Taylor; his son-in-law Frank Taylor; his brothers, Robert "Bob" Wagner and Frederic "Fred" Wagner; and his grandson Justin Wayne Higham.
He is survived by: his wife Lois Arleen Wagner (Spangler) of Fountaintown; his daughter Cathy Jo Higham (Roger); his sister Nancy Simpson (Jack); his sister-in-law Mary Wagner; his grandchildren, Ryan Eugene Wagner (Olivia), Jessica Arleen Harris (Jakob) and Vyncent Vanest; and his great grandchildren, Ethan, RaeLynn, Tinley, Grayson and Wyatt.
