She was predeceased by : her parents, Patrick Pritchett and Velma Ruth Pritchett (Zollman); her husband George Slavens; and her son Matthew Slavens. She is survived by : her son Clayton Slavens; and her siblings, Butch Pritchett (Linda), Kevin Pritchett, Ernie Pritchett and Patsy Richter (Mark). She is also survived by numerous Nieces & Nephews.

A celebration of life was held on Sunday, May 5th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Fowler American Legion Post 57 (400 E 5th St, Fowler, IN 47944).
