She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed Fannin and Juanita Fannin (Sizemore); her husband Charles E. Williams; her sisters, Wanda Fannin and Janet Blake; and her siblings-in-law, Pon Fannin and Shelby Williams.
She is survived by: her siblings, Mary A. Gary, Janet Gunnell (Jeff), Karen Williams, Cora Ann Fannin, Donna Jean Fannin, Russell Fannin (Lisa) and Hank Fannin; and her nieces and nephews, Jeff, Mike, Josh, Jacob, Robby, Scarlett, Shelly and Linda.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 20th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM and at 1:30 PM at the Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral & Cremation Service, Storey Chapel (400 E Main St, Gas City, IN 46933).
