He was predeceased by : his parents, Dick Reed and Evelyn Reed (Hagemier). He is survived by : his children, Gill Reed of Frankfort, John Jacquet (Alex) of Frankfort, Kristyna Miller (Will) of London, KY and Andrew Jacquet of Forest; his brother Owen Reed of Fishers; his nieces, Darci Reed (Chris) and Sarah Reed of West Lafayette; and his stepmother Fran Reed of Indianapolis. He is also survived by 6 Grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to in Andy's honor to Planned Parenthood or the Hoosier Abortion Fund.
