She is survived by : her husband Bob; her children, Nikki Smart and Bobby Bales (Brooke); her siblings, James Smith, Larry Smith (Maxine), Roger Smith, Katy Tarr (Sam), Janie Dean and Jeff Smith; her grandchildren, Kyle Smart, Breanna Smart, Gage Bales, Kayleigh Bales, Cohen Bales, Rebecca Caldwell and Brian Smart; her great grandchildren, Harrison, Oakleigh, Axxel, Evie and Rylan; and her friend Irma Goris of Frankfort.
