Highley; her children, Kendra Fearnow (Brandon) of Frankfort and Brandon Highley (Ashley) of New Albany, Indiana; her grandchildren, Tristan, Payne, Gunnar and Azraella; her sister Kathy Alexander (Brian) of Frankfort; and her sister-in-law Donna Pursifull of Oklahoma.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Goodwin Funeral Home (200 S Main St, Frankfort, IN 46041). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Oak Hill Cemetery E..
