She is survived by: her daughters, Theresa Maddock of Frankfort, Stephanie Smith of Jacksonville, FL and Jennifer Hatfield (Jeff Golden) of Frankfort; her boyfriend Donald Logan of Rushville; and her siblings, Jack Shirar (Marilyn) of Frankfort, Pat Harshbarger (Jack) of Kokomo and Thelma Donoho (Lee) of Peru. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren.
