He was predeceased by: his parents, Jackie Lee Howe Sr. and Connie Sue Howe; and his siblings, Jackie Howe and Louella Sue Harper. He is survived by: his siblings, Charles "Chuck" Harper (Tina), Holly Johnson (Doug), Elisha Glass (Brian) and Christy Painter. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
