She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Pepper and Mary Pepper; and her brother Joseph Pepper. She is survived by: her children, Adrian Moss of Frankfort, Randy Williams of Ohio, Gregory Williams of Ohio, Rebecca Williams and Christine Williams; and her siblings, Francis Pepper and Beverly Carter. She is also survived by 13 Grandchildren.
