He is survived by : his wife Barbara Ann Black of Frankfort; his children, Tyler Winter (Jamie Weber) of Frankfort, Shawnda Hardesty (Ross Sexson) and Amanda Winter of Frankfort; his siblings, Linda Walker of Frankfort, Shelby Branstetter of Lafayette, Mary Wiebers of Lafayette, Raymond Winter, Jr. (Suzanne) of Flora, Wesley Winter (Wilma) of Frankfort and Joshua Winter of Kokomo; his grandchildren, Kelsie Regalado (Samuel), Austin Hernandez, Kody Hardesty, Jacob Bautista, Jade Hardesty and Jonathan Bautista; and his great grandchildren, Carter Regalado and Scarlett Regalado.
