He was predeceased by: his parents, Perry Ping and L. Viola Ping (Vaught); and his siblings, Willene Lee, Billy Ping, Warner Ping and George Wayne Ping.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Ping of Frankfort; his son Aaron Ping (Jennifer) of Delphi; his siblings, Virgene Renner of Somerset, KY, Bobby Ping (Ruby) of Indianapolis and Denton Ping (Patty) of Somerset, KY; his granddaughter Shelby Ping of Logansport; and his stepgrandson Ryley Von Tobel of Delphi.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the USO or Alzheimer's Foundation.
