She was predeceased by : her parents, William Elbert and Nellie Evelyn Swihart (Wilson); her husband Howard J. Leslie; her son Randy Leslie; and her brothers, George C. Swihart and Dale E. Swihart.
She is survived by : her son Kyle Leslie (Robin); her grandchildren, Amy Sisco (Matt), Jamie Kei Evans, Dustin Leslie (Kati), Jimmy Ken Leslie, Jesse Leslie (Courtney) and Joshua Leslie; her great grandchildren, Abigail Evelyn Colby, Wyatt Colby, Kai, Morton, Kamalani Morton, Kahakuloa Morton, Nellie Leslie, Hattie Leslie, Charlize Leslie, Addison Leslie, Katelyn Bray, Jaden Colby, Levi Sisco and Savannah Sisco; and her niece Sandra C. Catron. She is also survived by her family, friends, and especially her grandchildren.
