He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Junior Cooper and Phyllis Joan Cooper Lee (Reed); and his brother Jay Cooper. He is survived by: his daughter Tyanna; and his sisters, Leanna Dick (LD Vaughn) of Frankfort, Cathy Cooper (James Riley) of Kentucky, Cindy Bates of Frankfort and Veronica Ruiz (Mario) of Dayton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
