He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Neely and Bernice Douglass (Stern); his wife Patricia Anne Douglass; his granddaughter Megan Douglass; and his brother Dick Douglass.
He is survived by: his sons, Gregory J. Douglass (Kathy), Lafayette and Craig A. Douglass (Deborah) of Frankfort; his brother J. Wesley Douglass of Fort Wayne; and his grandchildren, Chad Douglass (Brenda), Andrea Drew (Gary), Allison Ridenour (Derrick), Amy Huelskamp (Ron) and Joshua Douglass (Melissa). He is also survived by 13 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great Great-Grandson.
