He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Eugene and Eva Irene Davis (Greathouse); his wife Angela Myers (Angel); his daughter Michell Davis; and his brother Kevin Davis.
He is survived by: his former wife Paula Davis (Earl); his daughter Carrie Moore (Nikki Whittington) of Lebanon; his girlfriend Phyllis McQueen; his close friend Pam Hodges; his brother Keith Davis; his stepsons, Todd Davis (Erin Rothenberger) and Aaron Davis; his grandchildren, Aaron Davis, Deja Davis-Montague, Deonte Petty, Alexis Schrimsher and Jalynn Moore; his stepgrandsons, Bryce Davis, Conner Davis and Blake Davis; and his great grandchild Elliana Davis.
