She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Augustus and Eva Alice Barker (Hill); her husband James Russell Kinslow (Russ); her sisters, Eva "Peach" Cox, Bertha Sanders, Linda Nipper and Juanita Wilson; and her great grandchild Hudson Eugene Lowry.

She is survived by: her children, Vicki Kinslow Gerber (David) of Frankfort and Bryan Kinslow of Frankfort; her granddaughter Kylee Clark Lowry (Brett) of Culver; her brother Milton "Ed" Barker of Frankfort; her niece Nancy Sheets of Frankfort; her stepgrandson Stephen D. Gerber; her great grandchildren, Magnus Wrayborn Lowry and Maybel Josephene Lowry; and her pets, Buddy and Taz. She is also survived by friends and sisters.
