He was predeceased by: his parents, George Dragoo and Ruth Coning (Sowders); his sister Martha Price; and his stepmother Rosalie Dragoo. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Best (Morris); his grandchildren, Award, Howard and Vestal Goodman of Madisonville, KY.; his sons, Steve Best (Kim) and Eric Best (Selena); his sister Brenda Skiles (Ron); his half-brother Damon Dragoo (Amy); his grandchildren, Montana, Autumn and Cheyenne Best; and his great grandchildren, Lillian, Ezra and Miles.
