He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. and Mary L. Ross (Kramer); and his brother Dennis Ross. He is survived by: his brother Kevin Ross of Frankfort; his niece Shelley Hale (Mark) of Frankfort; and his nephew Sam Ross of Frankfort.
