He was predeceased by: his parents, John Edward "Pete" and Lillian Bell Galvin (Irwin); his siblings, William Galvin, Richard Galvin, Robert Galvin, Steve Thomas, Donna Galvin, Mary Carter and Roberta Galvin; and his siblings' children, Martin Carter, Sam Galvin and Debbie Binkowski.
He is survived by: his sibling's children, Robin Seals (Mitch) of Frankfort, Kim Baker (Brian) of Frankfort, Joe Carter (Carol) of Kirklin, Jeff Galvin (Lori) of Russiaville and Cameron Stratton (Marcia) of Frankfort. He is also survived by several other nieces, nephews.
