With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lurlie Hopkins of Frankfort, Indiana, born in Lackey, Kentucky, who passed away on June 7, 2023 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Rev. Charles Nelson and Mildred Nelson; her sons, Charles (Kim) of Frankfort, Ken (Karen) of Logansport and Mark of Rochester; her grandsons, Christopher and Benjamin; her great grandchildren, Ian and Elliot; and her sister Linda Smith of Arkansas. She was also cherished by step- grandchildren and many wonderful friends and neighbors.
