She was predeceased by: her parent Douglas Sanders; and her grandparents, Howard and Mercedes Ferguson. She is survived by: her husband Bill; her daughters, Kate Mercedes Higer of Colfax and Eryn Margaret Higer of Colfax; and her sister Amanda Rothenberger (Nick) of Michigantown.
Memorials may be made to the family for the benefit of the children's college funds.
