She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Robbins and Sarah Robbins (McQuern); her former husband Jackson R. "Jack" Samuels; her husband Phillip Fitzpatrick; and her sister Connie Haas.
She is survived by: her children, Martin Samuels (Lisa) of Sheridan and Sherri Samuels Richards of Florida; her stepson Jeff Fitzpatrick of Noblesville; and her grandchildren, Nikki, Dakota, Emily and Patrick. She is also survived by her great-grandchildren.
