He is survived by: his wife Cathy Coy; his children, Shannon Caldwell, Stephanie Goodwin (Dan), Amanda Caldwell and Brandon Caldwell (Kim); his grandchildren, Breawna Caldwell, Kaleb Horn, Kullen Horn, Sophie Goodwin, Daxton Goodwin, Ella Goodwin and Chance Caldwell; and his siblings, Terri Butler (Donnie), Mike Caldwell (Mary) and Lori Hopkins (Jim). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contribution in honor of Mark can be made out to the Zachary Caldwell Memorial Fund.
