He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Augustus and Eva Alice Barker (Hill); his daughter Dawn Barker; his son-in-law Jay Mullinax; and his sisters, Eva Cox, Bertha Sanders, Linda Nipper, Juanita Wilson and June Davis.
He is survived by: his daughters, Donna West (Jeff) and Angie Mullinax (Richard Williams); and his grandchildren, Danny Barker (Dawn), Sean Barker, Chantel West, Austin West, Shane Mullinax and Aaron Mullinax. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Goodwin Funeral Home (200 S Main St, Frankfort, IN 46041). The military honors will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to Goodwin Funeral Home to assist the family with expenses.
