She was predeceased by: her parents, Loren Brashear and Susan Brashear (Kirk); her husband William H. "Doc" Bailey; her daughter Elizabeth "Winkie" Bailey; and her siblings, Linda White and David Brashear.
She is survived by: her sons, William H. Bailey II (Pam) of Frankfort, Parnell Bailey of Frankfort and Deibel Bailey of Frankfort; her brothers, Larry Brashear of Las Vagas, NV and Gary Brashear; and her granddaughter Kristen Bailey of Lafayette.
