He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren A. Brant and Mary Agnes Brant (Paul); his wife Judy C. Skaggs; his siblings, David Brant and Mary Kay George; and his in-laws, Vatchel and Bernice Skaggs.
He is survived by: his children, Amy Paris (Carl "Ray" Jr.) of Flora and Randy Brant of Frankfort; his sister-in-law Connie Skaggs; and his sibling's children, Stacy Hahn, Mark George and Brad Skaggs.
