Underwood and Lela Kathryn Underwood; and his niece Patricia A. Underwood.

He is survived by : his daughters, Ruth Weidner of Frankfort, Kathryn Myers (Mike) of Frankfort, Paula Russell of Lafayette and Merie Sharp (Bob) of Frankfort; his grandchildren, Tanya Weidner, Geoff Weidner (Paula), Dan Bushman, Adam Myers (Leah), Jason Russell (Jillian), Christopher Russell, Sam Russell (Caitlin Fox), Keegan Sharp (Kori) and Andrew Sharp (Alyssa); and his great grandchildren, Mason, Jack Weidner, Dylan, Devin, Drew Bushman, Quintin, Xavier, Kaylee, Trey Frazier, Jaden, Khalin, Maddi Russell, Ashton Heath, Benjamin, Harrison Sharp, Kingston and Khloe Sharp.
