He was predeceased by : his parents, Joe Justice and Anna Justice (Johnson); his siblings, Bill Justice, John Justice and Pearl Kessinger; and his pet Rusty.

He is survived by : his wife Sharon Burton; his daughter Tammy Carpenter (Jerry) of Frankfort; his granddaughter Jennifer Riccius of Indianapolis; his great grandchild Lola Jones of Indianapolis; his siblings, Polly Cantrell of Wabash, Peggy Orr of Wabash, Betty McKillip (Ken) of Wabash, Mary Frasure (Jim) of North Manchester, James Justice (Debbie) of Lagro and Robert Justice of Ft. Wayne; and his brother-in-law David Kessinger of Marion.

Memorial donations may be made in Ray's honor to the Frankfort Parks Department, 1 Adrian Marks Drive, Frankfort or the Clinton County Humane Society, P.O. Box 455, Frankfort, IN 46041.
