He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. Sr. Bailey and Emma Bailey (Hedrick); his brother Ralph Bailey; and his brother-in-law Joseph Rick Badgely. He is survived by: his wife Charissa Bailey (Holland); his children, Hannah Bailey (Michael) of Frankfort, IN, Calvin Bailey (Kayla) of Oklahoma, Ashley Hendon of Peru, IN, Michael Chapman (Courtney) of Peru, IN and Joshua Hendon (Sara) of Massachusetts; his grandchildren, Karter, Kinzlee, Maverick, Brentley, Adreanna, Carlie, Haylee, Aria and Kayden; and his sisters, Pam Bailey Badgely of Spiceland, IN and Debi Bailey Jones (Ron) of Hagerstown, IN..
