He was predeceased by: his parents, Herschel G. McCoy and June E. McCoy (Hill); his siblings, William "Bill" McCoy (Pauline) and Barbara Spurgeon (Richard); and his siblings-in-law, JD Perry and Janice McKinzie (Jerry).
He is survived by: his wife Janet Jean Withrow; his daughters, Pam McKinney (Steve), Lisa McCoy (Richie Allen) and Rita Mennen (Matt); his grandchildren, Michael Cline (Alysha), Kaitlyn Cline-Marquez (Cruz), Colten Mennen (Brittany Goff), Koda Allen (Berkley Williams) and Kylie Mennen (Lucas Bass); his great grandchildren, Nayeli Hernandez-Cline, Chase Cline, MaKalynn Bray and Brylen McQuinn; and his siblings, ReBecca Peavey, Richard McCoy, Patricia Perry, Paul McCoy and Gary McCoy (Mary).
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Frankfort Moose Lodge #7 (2880 E Wabash St, Frankfort, IN 46041).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Bob's memory may be made to Frankfort Moose Lodge #7.
