Guajardo of Frankfort; his siblings, Rose Hernandez of Frankfort, Jeffery Hernandez of Frankfort and Andy Hernandez of Frankfort, Paternal; his grandmother Belen Chavez; and his nieces and nephews, Madison, Nathan, Princess, Jaydon and Kiana. He is also survived by great father he was to his children.
