He is survived by: his mother Wanda Lynn Willard (Toney) of Frankfort; his wife Joan Robertson; his father Charles Willard; his children, Jaelyn Garcia (Geovanni) of Frankfort, Christopher Willard (Daphney Pickens) of Oxford, Jonathan Willard (Shea White) of Lafayette, Raynah Willard of Kokomo, Tyler Willard of Frankfort and Zaivan Willard of Frankfort; his siblings, Evelyn Chapman (Donald) of Ebony, Virginia, Charles Willard II (Rachel) of Chesterfield and Samuel Blackburn of Frankfort; his grandchildren, Enzo, Abel, Scarlette and Noa; his uncle Mike Dixon; and his aunts, Richelle, Patricia, Debbie, Alisha (Hunter King), Jessica Ellis, Catherine Buckner and Ann (Logan Garibay). He is also survived by cousins, friends.
