It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra L. Laughner of Frankfort, Indiana, who passed away on June 23, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Sandra L. Laughner to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Forest L. Brunton and Fern V. Brunton (Rude). She is survived by: her husband Larry L. Laughner; her daughters, Janet Mitchell (Joe) of Indianapolis and DeAnna Strange (David) of Frankfort; and her grandchildren, Beth McCoy (Mike), Lydia Gross (Josh), Katie Bryant (Sam), A. J. Strange (Chelsea) and Rick Strange (Samantha). She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Day & Genda Funeral Home (608 N Main St, Frankfort, IN 46041). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.

Memorials in Sandy's honor may be made to Kilmore United Methodist Church.
