She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Skinner and Jeanne Skinner (Pence); and her brother Jeffery Skinner. She is survived by: her husband James Judd; her brother David Skinner (Linda) of Frankfort; her sisters-in-law, Martha Huber of Thorntown and Roselyn Stingley (Mike) of Lafayette; and her sibling's children, Beth Oligney, Jason Huber, Kaitlyn Jordan, Zeb Skinner, Eric Skinner, Chris Stingley and Celeste Stingley.
