She is survived by : her sons, Terry Leazenby (Linda) of Frankfort and Dan Leazenby (Janice) of Mulberry. She is also survived by 5 Grandchildren; 5 Great-Grandchildren; and 3 Great-Great-Grandchildren.

Memorial donations may be made in Velma's honor to the Rossville United Methodist Church, 110 W. Main Street, Rossville, IN 46065.
