She was predeceased by : her parents, Asa Boaz and Myrtle Boaz (Pruitt); her husband Harold H. Leazenby; and her daughter Donna Rodgers. She is survived by : her sons, Terry Leazenby (Linda) of Frankfort and Dan Leazenby (Janice) of Mulberry. She is also survived by 5 Grandchildren; 5 Great-Grandchildren; and 3 Great-Great-Grandchildren.
