He was predeceased by : his parents, John Harness and Saige Velle Harness (Sines); his wife Brenda Lee Harness (Hoel); his brother Jim Harness; and his grandson Tyler O'Neal.
He is survived by : his children, John Harness, Sarah Harness, Cassandra O'Neal (Christian) and Phillip Ratcliff; and his grandchildren, Tyler Harness, Cohen Dunn, Savannah Scott, Brandon O'Neal, Ethan Ratcliff and Gage Ratcliff.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Burlington Fire Department in Bill's memory.
