He is survived by: his parents, Cyril Schmaltz and Christina "Christy" Schmaltz (Hawes); his children, Kyler, Levi and Hadley; his nephew Zane Schmaltz; his brothers, Tommy and Blaine Schmaltz; his grandparents, Judy Hawes and Gary Hall (Sherryl); and his aunts and uncles, Stacie Butler (Sean), Billy Hawes (Jennifer), Heather Grissom (Joe) and Rory.
