She is survived by: her husband Ivan Scroggins; her son Robert Willliams (Joyce Morrow) of Columbus; her daughter-in-law Sara Williams of Edinburgh; and her grandchildren, Nick Leonard of North Vernon and Grace Williams of Edinburgh.
Memorials may be made in honor of Barbara through the funeral home to the Jennings County Parks and Recreation for planting trees.
