She was predeceased by: her father Denver Kelso; her siblings, Terry and Norman Ray Payne; and her grandson Damion Michael Garrett. She is survived by: her husband Erthal F. Garrett Jr.; her children, Rella Ingram (Charles) of Franklin and Timothy Garrett of Franklin; her sister Linda Brown (Jay Dee) of Louisville, KY; her sisters-in-law, Laura Payne of Gosport and Patty Payne of Mooresville; and her grandchildren, Thomas Garrett of Martinsville, Edward Garrett of Bargersville and C. Joseph Ingram of Greenwood. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
