He is survived by: his wife Penny Rae Johnson; his children, Chuck Goforth (Emily) and Chasity Meyer; and his siblings, Chester Goforth, Dorinda Chapman (Ricky), Joyce Smith and Patty Phelps (Rob). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Flinn and Maguire Funeral Home (2898 N Morton St, Franklin, IN 46131). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Flinn & Maguire Funeral Home (2898 N Morton St, Franklin, IN 46131).
