He is survived by: his children, Matthew Schantz and Kristina Slayback Dustin (Raymond Wade); his grandchildren, Savanah, Kailynn, Izaac, Bentley, Lealand, Faith, Chloe, Callie and Malaki; and his siblings, Tina Barnett (Robert), Jeff, Charles and Jimmy (Mandy). He is also survived by nieces and Nephews.
