He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Johnson and Mary Katherine Johnson (O'Neal); his daughter Vickie Montgomery; and his siblings, Richard Johnson, Nita Parker, Mike Johnson and Mary Burns.
He is survived by: his children, Sharon Foxworthy (Jerry), David Hicks (Lori) and Robin McMahan (Patrick Eagan); his grandchildren, Cody, Rechelle, Lynlee, Hannah, Jessica, Zachary, Jimmy, Megan, Katherine and Lindsey; and his great grandchildren, Daphanie, Zander, Zoey, Zena, Brenden, Tyler, Morgan, Chase, Olivia, Jake, Logan, Carter, Abigail, Jasper and Jameson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
