He was predeceased by: his parents, William Williamson and Willa Williamson (Grider); his sisters, Cindy, Phyllis, Judy and Barbara; his children, Stacy Williamson and Drinda Crabtree; and his great grandchild Claire Busenbark.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Joan Williamson (Rennick); his children, Tracy Williamson (Melinda) and Kelli Jones (Mark); and his siblings, Bill and Mary. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild.
