"Terrie" Barber (Buell) of North Vernon; her close friend Amanda Inabnitt; her sons, Robby of Franklin and Danny Inabnitt of Franklin; her brother Nick Barber of North Vernon; her grandparents, Bob and Janet Barber of North Vernon; and her nieces and nephews, Xavier Barber of North Vernon and Charli Barber of North Vernon.
Memorials may be made in Dulcie's honor through the funeral home to Judge Robert Brown Jackson County Juvenile Home.
