He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry C. Williams and Annie B. Williams (Proffitt); his wife Leelah Williams (McClain); his siblings, Anita Hogue (Jim), Wanda Jane Davis (Carr), Rondell Williams and Bernice Ann Doty (Sam); and his brother-in-law Richard Weddle.
He is survived by: his siblings, Richard Williams (Margaret) of Greenwood, Barry Glen Williams (Patsy) of Morgantown, Eddie Williams of Bargersville, Henrietta Weddle of Elizabethtown and Jeannie Webb (Terry) of Bargersville; his stepchildren, Bob Smith (Julie) of Franklin and Patricia Burton of Franklin; his stepgrandchildren, Jodie Lawson (Mike) of Rushville, Vicki Buck (David) of Franklin, Kim Van Meter of Franklin and Dennis Burton of Franklin; and his close friends, Mary and Irish O'Connell. He is also survived by four step great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
