He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond McDonald and Sue Ann Scott (Thrall); and his brother David McDonald. He is survived by: his wife Dawn Hawkins; his son Kyle McDonald of Arlington; his siblings, Phillip McDonald of Waldron and Sherrie Ann Sauer of Knightstown; his granddaughters, Lillie and Grace McDonald; his sister-in-law Robin McDonald; his niece Shelby Montgomery; his great-niece Charlotte Montgomery of Manilla; and his uncle Richard Thrall of New Castle.
